Title Deeds

The City of Tshwane calls upon all beneficiaries of government subsidised houses (RDPs) who have not collected their title deeds, to do so. Your house is not your house until you have a title deed. If your name is on the list below, visit your nearest municipal office to enquire about your title deed.

Fill out your details below, surname or ERF number (can be found on a water&electricity bill) and click on ‘Search’. The search results will supply you with a title deed number.

Visit the nearest municipal office where your house/stand is, to collect your title deed. Remember to take along your green bar-coded ID book, as well as the title deed number you’ve found here, when collecting your title deed.
