Cash Crusaders store are now redesigned to be more accessible to customers in whatever service they require. What is particularly exciting is the redesign of the buying service area. Customers can now sit at welcoming, partitioned desks that ensure the entire process becomes more personal and engaging.
Cash Crusaders thrives on continuing to give customers the best possible experience across all of its services. It caters for customers coming to sell their pre-loved goods, buy new goods or take a secured loan against their valuables. Cash Crusaders took on this redesign to improve its accessibility to customers into the future. Design Partnership were eager to embrace the project as Cash Crusaders provided a unique challenge by operating in a space between traditional retail and financial services.
Cash Crusaders brings top-quality, value brands to the fore with its focus on Dixon in high-end electronics, home appliances and musical instruments and DXNPRO in professional DJ equipment. Some of the other brands are Amber, Jebson, Ringway and Sanchez. For those in the market for smartphones, Cash Crusaders is the sole distributor of Doogee, a premier value brand in the international market. Cash Crusaders’ new goods are showcased in dedicated sections and prominent positions inside the store, creating a first-choice retailer experience and making us a competitive player against other major retailers in our sphere.
“That is why balancing the services and retail components while maintaining a singular identity became the most challenging aspect of the design for Design Partnership,” explains Adrian Morris, Partner in Design Partnership.
Fortunately, the year-long collaborative process brought all of these seemingly conflicting aspects into holistic unity, leaving Cash Crusaders with a stronger, more engaging store presence that will only grow as the revamp rolls out across Southern Africa.
